RULES OF DISCIPLINE & OTHERS
- All students must wear only prescribed uniform without making any alteration as per school rule. It should always be clean. Every year school fee will be increased as per school rule.
- No school leaving certificate is issued until all debts due to the school are paid in full. It will be issued within seven working days from the receipt of all debts due.
- Any certificates, endorsements, verifications from the school should be asked for five days in advance through a handwritten application to the Principal. After the verification of application and if it is advisable, principal will issue relevant certificate within five working days.
- Any kind of damage done by pupils to the school equipments, furniture, building, etc… In that case parents will have to arrange equal amount payment as a penalty which is decided by the Principal and in such a case school reserves right to discontinue student’s name from the school record.
- Writing or scribbling on school walls / furniture / library books or any other school property is strictly prohibited.
- A student shall be required to have a minimum attendance of 75% in the aggregate of all the subjects taken together in each term to become eligible for school examinations.
- The school reserves right to discontinue name of the student from the school record if he /she remains absent for more than six days without any prior written permission from the school principal/class teacher or medical report.
- Each student must have to attain all examinations. In the case of accident or illness, student must have to take permission from school
- principal in written or produce medical report and it will be granted for maximum one examination only. If he/she will remains absent without such permission /report will be considered as fail in the respective examination.
- School management and staff give their best efforts to take care of each child individually but during school hours and in day to day school activities any accident or natural calamity occurs and any student will found any mental/physical injury or damage in such a case school will not be responsible.
- School will not be responsible for student’s to and fro school transportation.
- Mobile Phones are not permitted in the school premises. Any student found carrying a mobile phone, the phone will be confiscated and a heavy penalty will be levied on the parents.Ornaments, Mobile or expensive watches are not allowed in school campus.
- Students are strictly forbidden to leave the school premises at unusual times. In case of emergency/sickness an application should be made to the Principal for permission.
- Students should be obedient and respectful to their teachers. They should also be polite in manners and courteous in speech and conduct.
- Each student must look after his/her personal belongings with great care. The school does not accept any responsibility for the loss of any articles.
- Contribution in cash or kind should be only made when sanctioned by the Principal or the Director.
- Parents are requested not to ask for half day leave unless there is an emergency. No half day will be granted during examination.
- The management appoints professionals from outside to conduct various activities in the school from time to time. The parents are requested to take all the required details from these professionals before enrolling for any of these activities out of the school.
- Discipline is a must for every student admitted to the Nalanda school. Students must abide by all the rules and regulations of the Nalanda school.
- It is the responsibility of parents that above mentioned rules and as and when new rules implemented by school principal will be followed by your child and you.
